Mysterious ways of God

I have seen God work in many ways to accomplish his purpose for my life. My favourite is when he supplies from an unknown source!
For God to accomplish his will in our lives, he may choose to work in many ways. His ways may include
·         the natural,
·         the miraculous or
·         divine intervention.
He will either work through his natural order. This is seen in creation and in his word, where his expectations of man are written.
We can see this in the life of Esther as her natural beauty won her the place of queen of Persia, and she used her position to make a plan to save her people – for the word commands us to love and care for others.
The next way in which God works is through miracles, where God breaks into the natural order to respond to the needs of His people expressed through prayer.
As the Jews fasted for three days, God intervene with a miracle when the King allows Esther to enter his presence unannounced (for those days this meant death).
The last way in which God accomplishes his will is through providence (divine intervention) where God overrules the natural order to accomplish an act that people may or may not have requested.
God let the King read just the right page in the history books and Mordecai was promoted not immediately but at just the right time (something that only God can know) so that the king took notice of the man soon to be his second in command.
I encourage you to trust that God is in control of your life even if your circumstances may not seem to indicate this. He works in many ways. As my friend say, “He may be mighty slow, but He is always on time.”
