You don’t want to be seen here…

Where would that be? The bar? The hospital ? That shop? That party? Where wouldn’t you want to be seen by co-workers, your boss, and your parents?

These are actually the places a lover of Jesus should be seen telling about God’s love and goodness. While I was walking through the hospital this morning, I saw dying children, sick old people and cripple young men and I wondered where are they?  Where are all those who profess they love Jesus?

And I knew this is not the place to be…this place of only focussing on yourself.

Where you don’t want to be seen is at a place of selfishness, focussing only on your little group and no one else. Only you’re church and no one else? You don’t want to be seen at a place where you are wasting your money and talents on worldly things – things that will never last. Walk the path that Jesus mapped out for us… He walked there where the sick people were, the party where the rich needed Salvation, there where the untouchables were, the broken-hearted… be there.

Serve at these places. Love God and love those that needs Him.
